The design Center established under the umbrella of
ACDRIL has emerged out as a cost effective & efficient
, Engineering Service provider , for the design &
development of Automotive parts . "Design center"
is well equipped with latest technology driven softwares
ported on latest branded hardware platforms to deliver
the conceptual solutions in the areas of Modeling ,
analysis , Simulation , computer aided performance development
, digital prototyping , specific applications &
products development .

for part geometry validation & tooling stage development

Auto parts using point cloud till solid model generation.
- Conceptualization
of
Auto parts & products using Catia , Unigraphics
, Pro/Engg & Solidworks
- Structural
analysis,
Heat transfer & shape optimization
using FEA
- Designing
of auto parts such as radiator, Air filters, Climate
conditioning etc using CFD analysis
- Model
data transfer
/ migration, data rebuild , 2D to 3D geometry conversion
etc
- The
product packaging including large assemblies etc.
- The
CNC programming up to 5 axis for tooling elements,
electrodes etc.
- Mold
design including electrodes planning & design
- Sheet
metal tooling design & CNC programming
- Jigs
, Fixtures , welding fixtures & receiving gauges
etc.

Application softwares include all the relevant modules
Catia V5, UG NX3, Pro/e Wild Fire 2, Solidworks
2006, Cosmos 2006, Moldflow Rel 6, HyperWorks Rel
7 & Lsdyna etc. |

All
above software are ported on HP X6200 workstation class
machines, IBM 275+ workstation & Intellistations
etc.
The
facility in backed by UPS, dedicated broad band data
transfer facility with Fire wall protection. The staff
is well experienced in above mentioned core business
activities.
